im not sure you should really be buying fire extinguishers at car boot sales.... D:
Why not? Lol
Because...... meh for fun then sure. But if its something youre going to have to rely on are you happy to trust it?

Yuuup. Just though. July
just give it a quick squirt, soon find out if it's working . .Smile
I'm always at carboot last week I picked up 2 brand new Michelin snow Tyres for £30 bargain cheapest I could find online were £70+ per tyre, last year I picked up theloudest.com comption amp for £10 needed repair in the aux in cost £15 to fix sold on for £180 not bad going, but I think these bargains are few and far between now days as people tend to watch these buying and selling programs on tv make the bargains non existent
Sods law there'll be a fire in August then.... Itwasntme
I go to carboots all time. Got same fire extinguisher and got a Xbox 360 £4

Im guessing this lol...

Cos faulty boxes are worth sod all now....
Tbh them small in car fire extinguishers do more harm than good. Most of the time, by the time you suspect there is a fire, its too late to do anything with that little amount and even when the fire brigade rock up, it will potentially endanger them as most of them extinguishers are cheap shite with PRVs that don't work properly if they even have them fitted! A fully fitted system however is a completely different thing but i would like to see you fit one in a normal road going car Tongue

Yeah my skoda guessed that the stock i had in my car was flammable so decided that everytime i used the rear washer, everything in the boot got soaked in screen wash. At least it kept my tool bag smelling nice instead of food thats found its way to the bottom of the bag a few weeks prior lol

Scott, You do realise you can get gas and powder suppression systems for cars? I wasnt joking lol

Wasn't it your car that squirts inside when operating the rear washer? Awkward....must've been one of mine then! lol
oh yeh... it leaks from the drivers A pillar and conveniently right next to the fusebox! Probably accidently screwed through it when i put the boot gauge on!

Its decs car that has the most squirting in it ive heard. Although its stripped now it may be a bit harder...
Yes £4 for the Xbox just needs a pad. Took it home and it worked Smile. Also got 3 mobiles £5
Didnt know you went car booting Phil, should give us a shout next time.

Get some unbelievable bargains, even while avoiding the pikey stands. My engine trolley cost me £3, new draper bench vice for £13, pillar drill for £12, etc.
