Been searching into the fmic on a 306. Can see it all looks simple to do but....... Fitting the bottom pipe am i suppost to rotate the comppressor side to fit the bottom hose

Nope it points down, leave it alone. If you use a 90* 41mm silicone and a "C5 bottom pipe" it'll run nicely under the engine between the sump and the box.
^ that, or you can use a 406 pipe and no 90 degree bend but it's a much sharper angle on the pipe and not good for air flow
