Looks epic wish I was there Sad
any of the group run a diesel down there? Howd they get on?
I did, it was fine. More than in fact, averaged about 50mpg over the trip despite some serious hooning on mountain passes fully loaded and a few laps of the 'ring/autobahn. Also managed a couple of sub ten minute laps, which is all i was aiming for. Smile
What about overheating on track thats my concern.

Im in an xud btw
No overheating to speak of, didn't get it above 85 around the ring. The mountain passes fully loaded got the temp up into the mid 90s though lol, still not dangerously high by any means. But that's in an HDi, which are completely over-cooled as standard imo. The XUDs stick a lot more heat into the coolant, but as long as you drive sympathetically and don't just mat it for the full length of every straight it should be fine. A decent fmic should help avoid heatsoak too.
