As above im starting to look for a 106 1.5d (might consider a saxo) MUST be 3 door have tax and test be under 125,000miles would like it to have a bosch pump so i can run veg.

Max budget of £500 OR swaps for my d turbo with cash my way or do a straight swap for the right car!

Not in a rush just seeing whats about.

Thanks in advance
dont settle for a saxo

Bosch

How can you tell from that?? lol
The throttle stop/UFO spring on the left and the white circular ring in the middle of the pump Lucas have neither of these
Also says Bosch on the front of the pump if you look hard enough, mine used to.
grab that...the bosch are rare...seem less rare in the saxos though
You can put 106 panels on a saxo at the front so can make a gti rep ish if you HAD to get a saxo
I thought you could run 106 Lucas's on veg as well for some reason?

Not that you'd need to with how much mpg they get anyway.
I ran my old Lucas pumped one on anything I could get my hands on lol, still going strong when I scrapped it!

Some people do but much safer to do it on the bosch as it will take it alot better, just like the bosch on a 306 will take it really well compered to the lucas
Strap a turbo on the 1.5 and bodge a 1.9 11mm bosch on. Tongue
get a phase 1 too, look so much better IMO
Bump looking for one again Wink

If it has a xud engine or 1.5d yer defo interested Wink
The phase 1's are 1.4 alloy block with wet liners, the ph2's are 1.5 iron block. The 1.5s are better.
