Oh and the price....... £100 yes a f*cking bargain

As you can see its a 2005 honda cbr 125 r-5
It has been stood for around 6-7 months since passing his car test
Its 1 owner from new with full dealer service history with upto date stamps and a few invoices and only 5,742 miles on the clock Smile

No tax or M.O.T

The brakes were seized on and had to carry it into my mates van lol also the battery was dead,
When i got it home i took the battery out and put it on a trickle charge for a day or so

Bought a new spark plug and some new front pads (no pic sorry)
Fitted the front pads but the calipers were really really stiff so plenty of wd40 and a vice grip to push the pistons back and voilla

Batt all charged up but its still not starting so gunna check the fuel lines next

When i get it finally running its going to need new chain and sprockets not sure if i should attempt that myslefe or let a garage do it

I used to have 1 of these when i was a teen lol same colour but on a 54 plate and brings back loads of memorys lol
Oh and needs a very good clean bits of green mould all over but seems to be wiping off easily enough
Awesome what a bargain!

I really want a 125 when I get back
I was thinking buy and fix then sell but i might just learn on it first to pass my bike test then sell it
Not sure yet tho
If it's not firing it could be immobiliser. Get a meter on it and check its working once the key is inserted.

Bargain btw!

No idea what an imob looks like but will have a look
Chain and sprocket should take you less than an hour I've done a couple now and they are easy just make sure when you readjust the back wheel you do it evenly
