Show Season is on its way!
#1
Christmas is long gone and you're probably getting sick of the dull winter weather which can only mean one thing. Show season is rapidly approaching.
As per usual there will be plenty of shows on this year dotted all up and down the country and we will be trying to attend as many as possible as a club. The mains shows for us though are FCS and Pugfest and i would love to see such a huge turn out as we have had in previous years.

Pugfest - Sunday 10th July
Anyone who has attended Pugfest before will know that it is a no nonsense, petrol heads dream. Set at Prescott Hill climb in Cheltenham, its a great opportunity to see some pretty special cars from all walks of Peugeot's history. The hill climb is brilliant fun for anyone in any car and a great way to see what your car can do.
This year is a bit special for us at Pugfest being a 306 club. To mark the 15th anniversary of the end of production of the 306 GTi, there will be a 306 GTi-6 cavalcade at lunch time up the hill climb.
As per usual there will be camping on site on the Saturday night which is a great excuse to meet up with old friends and make some new ones. Its a very relaxed atmosphere and the organisers put on some childish games to make things just that little bit more interesting.
Tickets are not on sale yet but we will let you know as soon as we hear from PSCUK. We are unsure of ticket prices currently but i would imagine they will be the same or similar to last year. £20 for a camping and entrance ticket and £6 per hill run. We recommend booking your hill runs in advance with your ticket. They are available on the day but very quickly sell out.

French Car show - Saturday 4th - Sunday 5th June
FCS is back at Castle Combe, Wiltshire this year for a weekend of fun. As per previous years there will be plenty of entertainment as well as track time and competitions. We will be camping on site again for the Friday and Saturday nights which is great fun and a good excuse to have one too many beers and a overcooked BBQ.
As normal the club will have a stand and tickets are on sale Here now. Remember to put "306oc" down as your chosen club when you book so you get a car pass for the correct area.

Make sure to keep an eye on the Meets section for regular updates on these shows and plenty of others. If you have never been to a show before at all or maybe not with this club, feel free to join us. We are a friendly bunch and everyone is welcome! Also, if you fancy arranging your own meet be it a drive through the country side or a meet up in a pub car park for a Sunday lunch, please do so!
